Mikaela was born in 1984. Her ethnicity is Italian as well as Iranian. Her parents were both born and was raised within Colbert Washington. Her first lessons in dance began at the age 2 and then took roles in play. Later, she started appearing in commercials on the local scene as a child model. After graduating from the drama program at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, she enrolled at Loyola Marymount University in USA to pursue her study. The first time she was seen, Mikaela appeared in the film of 2007 'Frank'. She was in the movie "Sorority Forever.' Later she became an established actress. She then played the lead role in "Humanzee" following an audition with famous Director James Gunn. In the following years, she appeared on James Gunn & Peter Safran X-Box Show Sparky & Mikaela as an actor in the leading role. In 2010, Hoover started appearing in American productions in which she had an in-character role in the film "How I Met Your Mother'. She also acted in the film "Super" that was directed by the most celebrated film director James Gunn.
